V G. leucocontextum byla nalezena řada triterpenů lanostanového typu, z nichž některé byly již známy z jiných lesklokorek, ale některé jsou specifické pouze pro druh leucocontextum, např. ganoleucoiny A-P (celkem 16 látek) (Wang et al., 2015) nebo leucocontextiny A–R (celkem 24 látek) (Zhao et al., 2016a,b). Izolované látky jsou cytotoxické (Wang et al., 2015).
